Facebook recently launched a new form for the users who were facing problems in receiving login codes to their phone numbers or those who had lost access to their Google Authenticator App which they were using for getting login codes of Facebook. I really like this new form because before we used to get the form titled "Login Approval Code Issues" where we had to provide our full name, service provider, description of the issue and our Government Issued Document. But now we don't need to provide these details, the only thing we need to provide is our Government Issued Document. People are facing issues in submitting document through this new form and are getting negative response from Facebook Support Team. That's why, I've made a video on this in which I discussed in detail the requirements we need to fulfill for getting positive response from Facebook and to get rid of this 2/two factor authentication.
